We’d like to give a nod to our friends at Metro Garage Door for being a solid partner and giving our homes the finishing touch!
Most of our garages make up the front elevation and they do a terrific job at making sure (1) they work like a charm (2) they add to the character of the house.

This month’s vendor spotlight goes to our folks at Rampart Security Systems because their services keep everything running. From security services to home automation and audio distribution they make sure every home we build is wired right and running smooth.

And just like that it’s June!
This month we’d like give a nod to the folks that help us stage our homes that we’re about to put on the market. Right now, most of our homes are pre-sold or custom, but we do manage to still build a few spec houses that we sell at the end.
Brad and team at Home Staging Pros help us fill our finished homes so potential clients can visualize the space. They do a great job at being flexible and working around our hectic schedules but they are also quick to make alterations if we request them. We never build the same home twice so the home styles are constantly changing and they adapt to that.

This month’s vendor spotlight goes out to the guy who has (more recently) been our go-to for any type of photography or video service.
We’ve noticed a big difference in engagement when we post our new photos and videos and we’re pretty stoked about it. Home tours are becoming a more critical way to view homes and to truly show off our work and the analytics prove that.
So if you couldn’t tell we’re super grateful for Kevin at South Meadow Productions and appreciates his timeliness, great quality work and flexibility!
We literally have a two page list of vendors for any one house we do. We look to the experts to help us build the best home for our friends and neighbors. So here we are going into the month of April and we it’s time to highlight a trusted vendor. This month’s spotlight goes to our super hardworking friends at Stone Crazy! They help us with every sort of project, any budget, with clients or without clients and they always do the best they can.

Probably one of the most critical vendors we need for building homes here in the Sunshine State.
Sky Air Orlando has been a solid go-to for us to ensure our homes have the best cooling and heating systems around.
So with that, this month’s vendor spotlight goes out to Sky Air! Thank you for being so cool and keeping our client’s chill long after they have moved in.

It’s really no secret that the majority of the houses we build are done by Gary Hancock at Winter Park Design.
He has a knack of designing classic-style homes, with seamless floor plans, that fit the Winter Park lifestyle perfectly.
It’s also quite refreshing when you can actively collaborate and work with an architect on an on-going basis and still feel inspired.
So with that, we’re are proud to announce Winter Park Design as our December vendor spotlight and we couldn’t be more grateful to work with such a talented group of folks.
