Bringing 1670 Chestnut to Parade of Homes 2021 

LunDev along with the Mosley Team, Mick Night and John Pinel, Winter Park Design, Ayers Davis Interiors, and a long list of incredible partners are proud to present 1670 Chestnut for the 68th annual Parade of Homes Orlando. 

1670 Chestnut is a spacious transitional farmhouse located on a quiet street in Winter Park. With four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, it’s more than a house, it’s a retreat. 

Behind each door you’ll find sophisticated design and masterful craftsmanship by Orlando’s finest. At 1670 Chestnut, the open-concept design creates seamless living from one room to the next. Patterned wallpaper combined with sparkling gold accents and unique lighting throughout the home create a signature look, while maintaining a clean, serene palette.
