LunDev Breaks Ground at Fleet Landing at Nocatee

LunDev Custom Homes is excited to announce the start of construction at Fleet Landing at Nocatee, a premier Life Plan Community currently under development in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

As part of Phase 1, LunDev has begun construction on 38 cottage residences across 23 buildings, including a mix of single-story homes, two-story homes, and duplex-style floor plans. The cottage neighborhood will play an important role in bringing Fleet Landing’s vision of luxury, wellness-focused living to life within the award-winning Nocatee community.
