LunDev along with the Mosley Team, Mick Night and John Pinel, Winter Park Design, Ayers Davis Interiors, and a long list of incredible partners are proud to present 1670 Chestnut for the 68th annual Parade of Homes Orlando.
1670 Chestnut is a spacious transitional farmhouse located on a quiet street in Winter Park. With four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, it’s more than a house, it’s a retreat.
Behind each door you’ll find sophisticated design and masterful craftsmanship by Orlando’s finest. At 1670 Chestnut, the open-concept design creates seamless living from one room to the next. Handsome Hamptons Home
We are pleased to announce our Parade of Homes Entry for 2023. Say hello to LunDev’s Handsome Hamptons three-story home located on Oaks Blvd in Winter Park. A timeless classic which features spacious living and dining areas overlooking a large lanai and beautiful pool. With the primary bedroom downstairs, there’s plenty of room for bedrooms 2 and 3 on the second floor along with a vast unfinished attic. The third floor offers a quiet getaway with its studio room and accompanying full bathroom.
Make sure to come by for a visit during this year’s parade. This home will only be available to view ONE WEEKEND ONLY!! May 6th and 7th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

He’s here to keep us above water while we tackle an exciting and expansive project in Longwood. He comes with a slew of experience that we’re lucky to be around. A total family guy, our DD and overall great dude. We asked him our favorite questions and here’s what he came up with:
What your tips on building a new house?
Allow yourself to HAVE FUN!!! Building a new home should be exciting and enjoyable.
Your personality and attitude can determine your building experience. Relax and let our Team sweat the small stuff.
Trust the team that you’ve selected to build your home.
Good communication with your personal construction manager is key to a great experience.
Favorite Winter Park spots:
Besides the boutique restaurants, I think my favorite spots in Winter Park are the numerous, well preserved historical sites. It’s unlike any other small city in Central Florida.

Meet the Team – Brianna Ennion
We’re stoked to add Brianna to our team as Project Coordinator. She’ll help with bids and permitting during pre-construction as we ramp up projects.
She’ll be able to work with all of us in some sort of capacity and we’re thrilled to have her!
Like we do – we asked her a few questions and here’s what she had to say:
Tips on building a new house: Enjoy it! It’s a lot of planning and work but make sure you stop and take it all in. Enjoy making something custom that fits your personality and what you want.
Favorite Winter Park spots: Prato is one of our favorite date night spots. The Farmers Market and my new favorite, New General.
Best part of working at LunDev: The team. Everyone cares about what they are doing and the work Lundev is doing. I feel like I am apart of a family and like I have always been here.
