Building A Custom Home with LunDev
At this initial meeting we want to learn what’s most important to you. We want to know your vision, to understand your lifestyle and how you want to live in your new home. We’ll discuss everything, from your budget to architectural design, space planning and interiors to landscape design .
Upon an approved design, we catalog and detail a complete list of specifications from windows and doors to cabinets and countertops, appliances, plumbing and lighting. From here we can obtain vendor proposals to build an accurate budget. Working blueprints are sent to truss engineering, then structural engineering, and finally sealed plans are submitted for permitting.
Our relationship doesn’t end after you move in. We take your investment very seriously and aim to exceed your expectations every time. We build every home as though it were our own. We live and work in the Winter Park community and are proud to call many of our homeowners friends.
